Although seeding initially costs less, many costs recur due to erosion, reseeding, over-seeding, and


	watering. Newly seeded lawns take a great deal of time and nurturing to establish into mature, healthy lawns and cannot be used for months. Why spend a great deal of time and the same amount of money when you can have an instant lawn?
